One-to-one session · online
For when you've been stuck in the same place for too long and you no longer know whether the problem is what you do, what you want, or you.

None of that means you're broken. It means you've been trying from the head — and this doesn't live in the head.
What almost nobody tells you
Your nervous system made a calculation, probably when you were little: showing myself fully is costly. And ever since, it has carried that out with admirable precision — it stops you right before you publish, right before you say it, right before you're seen.
That's why the block is almost never random. You can work fourteen hours straight for someone else and not be able to write three paragraphs of your own. You're not lacking discipline.
You're lacking permission. And permission doesn't just appear: it gets built in front of someone.
So you know what you're getting into
How it works
When you book I'll ask you for two or three lines about where you are. I arrive at the call having read them, not improvising.
We start by turning down the noise in the body, because from alarm you can't see anything. Then we look at the pattern. At the end, the step.
I send you in writing what we saw and the step we agreed on, so it doesn't depend on your memory three days later.
Who's on the other side
I'm Alberto. A computer engineer. I still run my freelance development business while I build this, unhurried — so I'm talking to you from the road, not from the finish line.
I spent years trying to think my way out of a block that couldn't be fixed by thinking. Projects started and abandoned, one after another, always right before showing them. I called myself lazy a thousand times. Of everything I tried — books, courses, discipline, therapy — the only thing that moved anything was the body.
And all my life I've been the friend people come to when they feel small. Not because I have the answers: because I stay.

Book the session →I live in Chiang Mai, so we'll find a time that works when you book.
Before you book
No. I'm not a clinical psychologist. I work from the body and from the present. If something comes up that needs clinical attention, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right person — that's also part of walking with you.
Not at all. I'm a computer engineer; I'm not asking you to believe in anything. I use your design as a mirror so you stop fighting yourself, and only if it helps. If it sounds like gibberish to you, we work without it and it works just the same.
It happens often, and it's not a problem: it's usually exactly what we came to look at. There's nothing you could tell me that would scare me.
Even better. Arriving with a prepared speech is often another way of hiding. If you just show up and say «I don't know what's wrong with me», that's more than enough to start.
If at the end we both see this needs a longer journey, I'll tell you about the three-month mentoring. Never the other way round: I don't sell from inside the session.
You know that better than I do: you've been waiting for it for a while. If something moved while you were reading this, listen to it before your head starts negotiating.
You pick a time, and we agree on payment when we confirm.
