✳ First circles of the release experience are forming in Chiang Mai — ask about the next one

Knowing Feeling

An invitation out of the head, into the body

Ask yourself:

  • Do you know exactly what you should do — and still can't move?
  • How many years have you been promising yourself the same thing?
  • When did you last cry from relief, not from pain?
  • When did your body last feel like a place you actually live in?

I help people who understand their problems perfectly and still can't move. Not with another explanation — with breath, music and rhythm, so that what the mind can't think its way out of finally gets to leave through the body.

Cathartic Release

More than an event

A guided small-group journey where the emotions your body has been storing finally get to move — not a workshop about feelings, a room where they happen.

This isn't something I read about. It's the sequence that changed my own life, refined into an experience I guide live, with a musician's ear.

The journey

Breath

  • An intense guided breathwork journey
  • The nervous system shifts, the guard drops
  • Nothing to believe — it's physiology

Music + compassion

  • Emotional, cinematic music, chosen with a musician's ear
  • Met with self-compassion and gratitude
  • This is where the tears come — the relieving kind

Rhythm

  • Drums, movement, jumping, shaking, dancing it out
  • The charge your body has held for years gets an exit

Together

  • A small circle of nervous systems regulating each other
  • What happens in a group doesn't happen alone

Small on purpose

Release can be a lonely path. In a small circle, nervous systems regulate each other — the oldest human technology there is. You won't do this alone.

Groups stay intentionally small, by invitation, guided personally by me. No dates published yet — the first circles are forming now. Write me and I'll keep you close.

Work 1:1 with me

Health, healing and everything in between

One-to-one sessions, online or in Chiang Mai, in English or Spanish. We move through the emotional, the somatic and the practical — each session intuitively guided by where your system actually is, not by a script.

Ready to move?

If something in you knows it's time, write me below. This is about depth and honesty — the kind of change that doesn't come from surface-level fixes.

How it happens

We start with the body: breath, sensation, what's actually here. Then we work — somatic release, inner-map work, honest conversation. You leave with something felt, not just understood, and one small practice to carry.

Who it's for

People who've already read the books and done the thinking. High-functioning, self-aware — and still stuck in the same loop. If insight alone worked, you'd be free by now. That's not a flaw; it's the signal that the next door is in the body.

My story — the long version

I'm a Spaniard living in Chiang Mai with my wife and our daughter. Ten years of classical clarinet in bands and orchestras, a degree in computer engineering, a career building software — and seven years of deep inner work that started, like it does for most of us, because something hurt.

For years I did what intelligent people do: I studied my own patterns with engineering precision — and stayed stuck with the same precision. What finally moved me was never an idea. It was a breath practice that opened the door, a piece of music that broke me open with gratitude, a drum that made my body jump before my mind could vote. That's the work I do now, because it's the work that worked on me.

Three pillars

Music — professional clarinetist; djembé, ecstatic dance, salsa, bachata, kizomba, African rhythms. My first language.

Technology — computer engineer; an analytical mind that loves systems. What I guide with the body, I can explain without magic words.

Inner work — seven years lived in my own body: somatics, breathwork, hypnotherapy, shadow work, compassion. Scar tissue turned into a map.

Here's what you can expect

  • Body first — we don't start with your story, we start with your breath
  • Music as medicine, guided live with a professional musician's ear
  • Emotional release that completes itself instead of looping in the head
  • An engineer's clarity: no magic words, no jargon, mechanisms you can understand
  • Self-compassion as method, not decoration — the release only lasts if kindness holds it
  • Someone who stays. When it gets dark, I don't look away
